The company has implemented a two level management, which includes:

  • The General Meeting of Shareholders;
  • General Director (President)

The General Meeting of Shareholders is the Group's highest management body. Its main responsibilities include choosing the Board of Directors, formation of the society's executive bodies and their immediate termination and approval of the Society's auditor.

After graduating from Samara State Pedagogical University worked as Assistant General Director of Rosoptprodtorg, led the brokerage company Grad (Samara) and was Vice President of Olbi-Jazz (Saint Petersburg).
