Company structure

Initially the group of JFC companies was made up of interdependent legal entities without any clear legal organisation and united into a holding. But as the company grew such an organisation was unable to solve efficiently operational tasks and optimise the distribution of income flows like individual companies can. Therefore, in 2006 the decision was taken to create a new international corporate structure JFC Group. Leading international consulting firms PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Fortis, Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz took part in developing this structure.

As a result of the restructuring into a single holding structure, JFC Group became a reliable, transparent, efficient, legal and financial structure consolidated in the parent company JFC Group Holding (BVI) Ltd. The parent company unites all branches of the subgroups, each of which is responsible for its part of the business. Together, the subgroups make up an efficient complete production-supply chain from fruit production, transportation and storage to distribution to the consumers.
